crazy hair day

The day has finally come that the girls' hair is long enough to make "crazy" for a special "crazy hair day" at school. I'm not sure you could say their hair is crazy ( I personally think is it is cute and adorable), but they seemed to like it and like showing it off at school!

...32 weeks...

I had mu delightful 32 week check up with the Nurse Practitioner today and all went well. I'm very happy to admit that I've gained 2 lbs this month (compared to 6 & 7 lbs the last two months...ugh), which brings it to a total of 21 lbs. As much as I obsess over my weight gain, I realize that 21 lbs is not a lot for this far along in my pregnancy and I am relieved that I haven't gained too much weight. We'll just have to wait and see how it comes off, if at all, after the baby is born.

Enough about weight.... let's move on...

My fundus height is at 33 cm, so that's on track as well as my blood pressure. As you can see from the pictures about I have dared to show my belly. As soon as this baby make her appearance, you can bet I will NOT be showing belly pictures again.... My bikini days have been over a long time ago!

nursery....almost done!

at 32 weeks, I can finally say I completed the baby's bedding! Awww, what a relief to know that if something happened (like going into preterm labor)..... the baby would have a BED! I've been working on the bedding for about a month now and it's DONE! I searched around for so long trying to find nice hawaiian themed bedding, but I had no such luck. So I attempted to make it myself and and happy with my results.

As for the rest of the room, we still have a long way to go. We are waiting for the hutch to come in and the rocker, but mostly it's the little things that we have to do now.... and that is the fun part!

I have my 32 week (can you believe 32 weeks already!!) appt tomorrow, so I'm have more info tomorrow!
